Mindfulness has been commercialised, packaged, and sold back to you as an app subscription. But beneath the branding lies something they can't monetise: your own attention.

To be mindful is simply to notice. To observe without judgement. To be here, now, instead of lost in thoughts about there, then.

Why It Matters

Your attention is the most valuable resource you have. Entire industries exist to capture it, redirect it, and profit from it. Mindfulness is the act of taking it back.

Every moment you spend aware is a moment you're not being programmed.

The Practice

You don't need an app. You don't need a retreat. You need one breath, taken consciously. Then another. That's the entire practice.
