Reality is negotiated. What counts as true, normal, or acceptable is determined by collective agreement — a consensus that most people never consciously choose to join.
Consensus feels like objective truth. That's what makes it so powerful.
Manufactured Agreement
Consensus can be engineered. Repeat a claim often enough, from enough sources, and it becomes "what everyone knows." Silence dissent, and the remaining voices seem unanimous.
The phrase "the science is settled" or "everyone agrees" is often the beginning of manipulation, not the end of inquiry.
Sovereign Perception
You don't have to accept consensus reality. You can examine claims for yourself, trust your own experience, and form independent conclusions. This isn't arrogance — it's responsibility.
Each conscious breath strengthens your connection to direct experience, making you less dependent on being told what's real.
