Robert Monroe was a radio broadcasting executive who, in 1958, started having spontaneous out-of-body experiences. Instead of dismissing them, he studied them — systematically, scientifically, for decades.
He founded The Monroe Institute and developed Hemi-Sync, audio technology designed to induce altered states of consciousness. But it was his books that changed everything.
In Far Journeys, Monroe described encountering what he called "Loosh" — a form of emotional energy harvested from Earth. He depicted humans as essentially an energy crop, cultivated by non-physical beings who feed on our emotional output.
Dark? Perhaps. But Monroe didn't stop there. He found the exit. He mapped the territory between lives. He discovered that consciousness survives death and that the "recycling" system can be navigated — if you know how.
The key, according to Monroe, is awareness. Most souls slip back into incarnation unconsciously, pulled by attachments and unresolved patterns. But a conscious soul can choose differently.
Breathing manually is training for that moment. Every time you catch your breath running on autopilot and choose to take control, you're practising sovereignty over your own consciousness.
Monroe showed us the map. The journey is yours. Breathe manually.
