You've felt it. That sudden drain after an argument. The exhaustion after scrolling social media. The emptiness after watching the news. Something took something from you.
We call these experiences "draining" without asking: draining into what?
The concept of psychic feeding appears across every culture. Energy vampires. Emotional parasites. Entities that attach and siphon. The language differs; the phenomenon doesn't.
Modern psychology dismisses this as projection or metaphor. But what if the ancients were being literal? What if there are intelligences — call them archons, djinn, wetiko, or simply "the other" — that exist in dimensions adjacent to ours and require human emotional energy to survive?
The feeding isn't random. It's cultivated. Drama is manufactured. Division is stoked. Trauma is perpetuated across generations. All of it generates the specific frequencies these entities consume.
Your defence is simple: awareness. Parasites require an unconscious host. The moment you notice the feeding happening, you can withdraw consent. You can close the tap.
Breathing manually is how you stay alert. It keeps you present, conscious, sovereign. It makes you a difficult meal.
