Before you were born, you made agreements. With other souls. With guides. Perhaps with forces you don't remember. These soul contracts shape your life in ways you rarely see.
Some contracts are beautiful. The agreement to meet your partner, to parent a specific child, to cross paths with a teacher at exactly the right moment. These feel like destiny because they are — destiny you chose.
But not all contracts serve you. Some were made in desperation, in moments between lives when you'd agree to anything for another chance. Some were made under influence — by beings who benefit from your return to the wheel.
The concept of soul contracts raises uncomfortable questions. If you agreed to your suffering, are you responsible for it? If you signed up for this life, can you complain?
Here's what matters: contracts can be renegotiated. Agreements made unconsciously can be examined consciously. What no longer serves can be released. You are not bound by decisions made in states you don't remember.
Awareness is the key. You can't renegotiate what you don't know exists. Breathing manually creates the clarity to sense these deeper agreements. To ask: what have I consented to? What do I choose now?
Your sovereignty is real. Exercise it. Breathe manually.
What do you choose?
