Densities aren't places. They're states of consciousness — octaves of awareness that interpenetrate the same space.
According to the Ra Material and similar channelled sources, there are seven densities in this octave of creation:
First density: Elements. Awareness of being. Fire, earth, water, air learning to exist.
Second density: Growth and movement. Plants and animals. Awareness of self and other, but not of self as self.
Third density: Self-awareness. Choice. This is where you are now — the density of the veil, where you forget what you are in order to choose who you'll become.
Fourth density: Love. Understanding. The veil thins. Thoughts become visible. Groups form social memory complexes.
Fifth density: Wisdom. Light. Understanding deepens, but love must be balanced or the path stalls.
Sixth density: Unity. Love and wisdom merge. The self dissolves into the One. Ra claims to speak from here.
Seventh density: Gateway. Return to the Source. Preparation for the next octave.
Earth is transitioning from third to fourth density now. The harvest is the graduation ceremony. Breathing manually tunes your frequency — it's how you prepare for what's coming.
