You didn't come here to learn. You came here to remember.
The soul doesn't lack knowledge. It's not empty, waiting to be filled. It carries the wisdom of countless lifetimes, the direct experience of Source itself. The problem isn't ignorance — it's forgetting.
The veil dropped when you were born. Memories of who you really are were covered over. Your infinite nature was compressed into a tiny human identity. And then life happened, layer upon layer of conditioning, each one pushing the truth deeper underground.
But the truth can't be destroyed. Only buried. And buried things can be excavated.
Remembering happens in flashes. Déjà vu. Dreams that feel more real than waking life. Moments of unexplainable knowing. The sudden recognition when you meet someone your soul has known forever.
The spiritual path isn't about acquiring new information. It's about removing what's covering the information you already have. Stripping away beliefs. Dissolving identities. Returning to what was always there.
This is why children often remember more than adults. They haven't accumulated as many layers. The forgetting hasn't fully set in. As we "grow up," we're really growing over — covering our knowing with conditioning.
Breathing manually helps you remember. In stillness, memories surface. In presence, knowing returns. Each conscious breath clears another layer of forgetting. Breathe manually.
