Sovereignty means self-rule. It means no one controls you without your consent. No government, no institution, no entity — physical or non-physical — has authority over you unless you grant it.
This is the truth they don't want you to know: consent is required. The system operates on agreement. The harvest requires participation. The trap only works on those who don't know they can refuse.
But sovereignty isn't just about refusal. It's about claiming. Claiming your energy. Claiming your attention. Claiming your right to exist on your own terms.
Most people give their sovereignty away without realising it. They consent through ignorance, through fear, through the simple act of not questioning. They sign invisible contracts every time they accept a belief without examining it.
Reclaiming sovereignty is a daily practice. It means questioning everything. It means withdrawing consent from systems that don't serve you. It means standing in your power even when everything around you says bow.
The sovereign being can't be harvested because they haven't agreed to be. They can't be trapped because they don't believe in the cage. They can't be controlled because they've taken back the controls.
Breathing manually is an act of sovereignty. It says: I control my own breath. I am not on autopilot. I am here, conscious, choosing. Start with breath. Build from there. Breathe manually.
